As president and founder of Tahoe Training Partners, a management consulting firm located near Lake Tahoe, California, Laura has been the architect of innovative training environments, total compensation systems and HR solutions in hospitality companies, ski resorts, health care organizations, nonprofits, manufacturing environments, municipalities and government agencies since 2007. A twenty-five year ski industry and resort hospitality veteran, Laura has held senior leadership positions for complex, dynamic, multi-site organizations, including a ten-year assignment as Corporate VP of Human Resources for Booth Creek Resorts. She loves to travel, experience new adventures and help organizations deliver on the promises they make to their stakeholders.
